Shipping Policy

At Ellereen, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy
explains our delivery methods, timelines, and responsibilities.

1.ORDER PROCESSING
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
    • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

2.DELIVERY WITHIN UAE
    • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days
    • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

Free Shipping – UAE
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all UAE orders above 400 AED.
    Delivery charges for orders below 400 AED will be calculated at checkout.

3.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    • International Delivery Time: 10–15 business days
Free Shipping – Worldwide
    • We offer FREE SHIPPING on international orders above 1100 AED.
 For orders below 1100 AED, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout                   based on destination.

4.Customs & Duties
    • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Local handling fees
Ellereen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or destination country procedures.

5.SHIPPING ADDRESS
    • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
    • Ellereen is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
    • Any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

6.ORDER TRACKING
    • A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.
    • You can track your shipment through the courier link provided.

7.EXCHANGE-ONLY POLICY & SHIPPING
    • Ellereen operates a NO RETURN – EXCHANGE ONLY within 48 hours policy.
    • Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except when:
    • The item received is defective
    • The wrong item was delivered
Exchange requests must be sent to info@ellereen.com within 48 hours of delivery.

8.UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailability
    • Refusal to pay customs duties
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

9.DELIVERY DELAYS
Delays may occur due to:
    • Customs procedures
    • Weather or courier disruptions
    • Peak seasons or public holidays
 Ellereen is not liable for such delays.
