2. PRODUCTS & PRICING
    • Prices are listed in AED unless stated
    • Prices may change without notice
    • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

3. ORDERS
    • Orders are subject to availability
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of errors or suspected fraud
    • Confirmation email will be sent after purchase

4. PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely via approved UAE gateways. Ellereen does not store card details.

5. SHIPPING
    • Delivery times vary by location
    • International orders may incur customs duties (customer responsibility)
    • Ellereen is not responsible for customs delays

6. EXCHANGE POLICY – NO RETURNS
Ellereen operates a strict NO RETURN policy.

Exchanges Only – Within 48 Hours
    • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
    • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, unwashed
    • With original tags and packaging
    • Free from perfume, stains, or damage

Exchange Terms
    • Subject to stock availability
    • If unavailable → store credit will be issued
    • Customer bears exchange shipping cost unless item is defective

Non-Exchangeable
    • Sale/discounted items
    • Customized pieces
    • Items not in original condition

7. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective/incorrect item:
    • Notify within 48 hours at info@ellereen.com
    • Provide photos and order details
    • Replacement will be arranged at no extra cost

8. INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
    • 48-hour exchange rule applies worldwide
    • Customs and shipping fees are non-refundable
    • Customer covers exchange shipping
